Default Will a 1st gen Legacy rear sway ('92) fit a 2nd gen Legacy ('99)?

I've been offered a trade of a 1992 turbo Legacy sedan rear sway bar for my Cusco 19-20-21mm rear sway bar off my 1999 Legacy wagon (I'm putting my car back to stock). Are these parts interchangeable?

Thats an excellent question. For what its worth, the Whiteline catalog is using different part numbers for the rear bars on the BC/BF vs the BD/BG, but everything I have heard seems to suggest they should swap.

well I just spoke with Cobb tuning who told me the bends around the spare tire well are different on the Cusco bars so... unless I have some imperical evidence that they are interchangeable by someone who's done it, I'm not certain it will work.
