Default Car still pulls to the left

I got a flat on the front driver side, and had to drive on a donut for 2 weeks. Had to go to work so I ended up driving 100+ miles on it before I had time off to get it fixed. Mr. Tire fixed the tire came back to them a week later, which was yesterday, cause the car pulled left, lit. pulled to the left, to get an alignment. The car still goes left kind of like before the car got a flat. They said they resetted it to the factory specs. My car is a legacy 96 L wago with stock 03 wrx wheels. I'll rotate the tires when I get the new bloody lock nut key. The brakes hasn't been replaced for 4 or 3 years, original owner did them before I bought it from him 3 years ago. What should I do?

If it still pulls then the alignment needs to be done again. What is the condition of the remaining three tires? If they are pretty worn compaired to the one new one. Have them put it on the rear of the vehicle when they re-align it.

Yeah then the alignment should be redone and I still say more the new tire to the rear of the vehicle so you have equal wear on the front.

Check for a seized caliper. That was causing heavy pull that an alignment didn't fix on a friend's car. Replaced the brakes, problem solved.

Rotating the tires is also a good idea.

I drove on a donut from Boston to Cape Cod one time and then for a few days after that and even after multiple alignments and rotations it always pulled slightly.. It was never the same

Subaru allows no more than 2/32 difference in tread depth. You should have had the new tire shaved down to the proper depth (Tire Rack does this with new tires only), or replaced all 4. There is a good chance you are still screwing up your diffs.
