Default How to disarm and remove the alarm/remote entry

I want to get rid of the keyless remote entry and alarm features on my '99 RS. Does anyone know if there are speacial things I should know when removing the system?

I think there might be a better solution than ripping everything out. Does the beeping bother you or something?

In my 2006 Sedan, I just unplugged the factory keyless entry module to the left of the steering column above the fuse box.
