Question check engine light came on.

I need some help to fix my Impreza.
Before, the check engine light came on only when I lift the gas and use engine brake. When I was on the gas, the check engine light was off. So I suspected that the cat or Oxygen sensor was dying.
Now, the check engine light is on all the time and it is getting hard to start the engine when it is cold. I noticed that the radiator fan is always on when the engine is on now. It used to come on and off.
Can anybody answer what is wrong?
The engine is stock, no modification at all.

it sounds like it would be worth the couple bucks to have the dealer pull up the error code from the ecu for you, just to make sure its not some other device on your engine.

or you can just replace the O2 sensor.

i wouldn't goto assael subaru though. i bought my car there.. i wasn't very pleased.

Is bigger than yours.

You have a 95 with TEN THOUSAND MILES???
Man, I put over 30k on my 98 in under 12 mos, 17k on my '92 in 6 mos, 33k on my '99 Jeep in 18 mos, and now I've had my '01 for almost 4 weeks and it's got over 1300 miles on it... Don't you DRIVE?

Or do I just drive too much?
PS> Never had a CE light come on...
