How much power am i losing?

I have a Ludespeed Stage 2 Turbo Kit running at 6.6 psi with a ACT Clutch and a Exedy Lightened Flywheel and Im running a Greddy EVO exhaust that i ran when i was NA. Ive had the setup for a couple months now and it feels good... but how much power is there to be had if I upgrade to a Greddy DD exhaust with 3" piping opposed to the 2.5 or so from the EVO?

Also.. will borla headers help my turbo spool faster?

i don't think the headers will make your turbo spool too much faster, maybe like 100 or so rpms. from what i've heard and experienced, 3" piping yields better top end b/c it's not restrictive.

I justed recently switched to a 3" exhaust and didn't notice TOO much difference. This was coming from a 2.25" cat-back.

A Borla header will do nothing for you, except maybe crack if it's an older model. I've heard you actually spool later.

Your 2.5" exhaust shouldnt be much of and issue until you're pushing over 300hp. Its more than fine for now.
