Default White smoke

I have started having white smoke upon startup. It's worst at idle. It goes away when the motor is hot. My oil psi gauge never goes below 20 psi and is always between 20-30 when warm. My car is an 06 with stock turbo. Any ideas what It could be? There is quite a lot of smoke at times.

White smoke is usually indicitive of coolant being burnt. Does the smoke have a sweet odor to it? Check your coolant level to see if you are burning it. If you are then it could be a variety of things. It's not a good sign though.

No it doesn't smell sweet at all. Typical carbon type smell if that makes sense.

Ok so after some research I see that I could be turbo related. Any suggestions of a good point to start for a diagnosis?

Where do u happen to live and what has the weather been like. I have attributed smoke at start up for me lately due to colder temps and really moist air. I figured its just condensation in the exhaust burning up.

My smoke is not blue, does not smell like oil or coolant. Im pretty familiar with cars, so Im not overly concerned.....yet. lol

First places to check would be oil level and quality, coolant level and appearance and if you are really concerned, compression and leakdown test.
