I also hate waiting in the airport, and vinyl overlays. Tail lights look great!

i tried the premiumautostyling.com overlays 3 times. They are 30 buck a piece mind you, and havent learned my lesson. First time i screwed up, second time a tint shop screwed up and the third time i was able to apply them myself with a heat gun but still had wrinkles so i said forget it. i might attempt it again with a friend helping me later but for now im ok with dumb vinyls. not to mention NO ONE wants to help as far as tint shops go because they dont wanna be liable for when the material effs up

Working with overlay/film is not a fun task. However, if you have a lot of practice, it becomes very easy and you know what to expect and how to work certain angles/edges. Personally, I found working with a better film (IE: Lamin-x), which is thicker, helps a boat load. Isn't as frail and allows plenty of stretch. The WRX tails are on the easy-medium level, but they do have 1 angle that is pretty difficult for someone who has never done them before. Easiest way to do it is to remove the tails from the car and stretch the material over all the edges so you have a nice clean edge. Patience is key! Here are mine I did a few weeks ago.

I used duplicolor metal cast way better and much easier. They came out amazing! Honestly if you didnt know they where painted you would think they came that way. I used two light coats and two heavier coats for a total of four coats. Then I unmasked the reverse portion and used automotive clear from work.

The WRX needs some real fog lights. 3000K HID bulbs installed. More to come once I get it mounted and hooked up.

I know this is way out of topic but I need a fast answer. Which size is the '12 STI oil drain plug; M20x1.5 or M16x1.5? I'm at work so I can't go and check. Lot of thanks.
