Question trying to figure out why oil is coming out of this...

my car has 86,600 miles [shortblock has 28k, heads have 86k. oil pickup tube took out my first one apparently...] but now my new block devoped a bit of what sounds like rod knock, and all of a sudden,

this thing has oil contaminating the hose out of the white clip, seen here:

This was the only post I can find refering to it:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...8&postcount=48

if anyone knows what it is, please let me know. I am just guessing a PCV but it has a sensor on it.. thanks in advance for any help.

I just used an online picture because it is too dark to take a pic of my own engine bay lol, Note how that is an 08 engine bay, same engine setup though

That, officially, is nothing. It's just a place to fasten a diagnostic connector and a hose. Doesn't do a damned thing.

The PCV return line is there. The PCV return line has oil in it. You probably need to reseat the line.
