Default Rear Fog Lamps

I stumbled across this today.
Look like we can have rear facing foglamps in CA as long as they are red.

volvo does this by lighting the left rear BRAKE filament bulb (assuming they use the dual filament bulb for both turn and brake light) for years.

i do hope they use a biger guage wiring for that side since prolong use of standard wiring might lead to problems...
