The Fender stereo that's standard now is spectacular. If you listen to music with deep bass, the sub might run out of steam, but for rock or alternative, it's great.
It was a joke aimed at a subaru guy knocking the golf r interior.

Don't mind him he gets offended easy. We can giggle in the corner and he's checking his fly and nose.

For the 5th time 137, you don't have bird **** on your shoulder.

I am not a fan of the A3/S3 interior but the GTI/R have the best interiors I have ever come across @ any price level, specially the GTI with the plaid seats. Those seats are pure perfection for me, the Fender system is light years better than the HK I have in the WRX (which is complete garbage considering the price) and the overall layout is very, very elegant with excellent ergonomics. Having said that, I think the current Subbie interiors are nowhere near as bad as people make them out to be.

They have improved a lot. The hk system in my 2015 legacy was pretty solid.

I see VAG is really pushing that nub of a shifter. Don't like it in a Porsche or an Audi. I have always found Audi's to be pleasing to the eye but of late I have noticed a lot of sameness with their new styling. This doesn't look like much of a styling departure from the current model.

I've sat in many, many cars over the years at car shows and car lots... (sadly, I don't get to drive nearly as many)

The MK7 GTI plaid cloth seat is probably my #1 seat of all time I've sat in.

I also think the MK7 (not MK7.5) GTI interior is superior to the Golf R, due to the lack of piano black, nice red stitching and red accents as opposed to the silver accents in the Golf R.

Clark seats are the best.
