I'd be willing to go out on a limb and say something happened to his original ones and he found some blue ones as a replacement.

basically, I doubt he actually painted them blue.

I didn't, I lost the first one in a RallyX Enduro. The whole car is going to be painted soon as it's going back to primarily only street duty. Anyone have any recommendations on where to get this thing painted without losing an arm and a leg (don't say Maaco)?
