Search and you will find answers.

Summary:
-remove rear seats
-remove top nuts from strut tops
-place strut tower brace brackets through hole next to strut top into trunk area
-attach bar to strut brace brackets showing in trunk
-line up 3 holes with strut top studs
-put strut top mount nuts (new ones ideally) on studs and tighten to 14ftlbs, don't break them
-tighten up bracket to bar bolts in trunk
-put seat back
-be careful driving til you get used to it, especially in the rain

You need to use a torque wrench on those nuts and torque them to no more than 14.2ft-lbs. As for the horn on the front passenger strut tower, you need to relocate it. Those nuts need to be tightened down or they will allow your shocks to move around inside the shock tower and possibly cause damage. If you aren't sure about what you're doing, find someone that does. You can do more damage than good.

Here's another page with instructions:
http://www.oakos.com/wrx/installs/RSTB/

In case you can't get a torque wrench to those strut top nuts (there's not much room): 14ft-lbs is not much at all! Be gentle tightening them, or your next search will be for keywords "strut top stripped".

coolray- there should be another bolt in vicinity of the
strut bar where you can tighten it down to. as long as
the horn's mounting tab is grounded, you can mount it
anywhere that the cord can reach.

i just put the horn on top of the strut bar stand and tighten it that way

cuz before the 2 horn's nuts was in the way so i couldnt boil the strut bar nuts all the way down

but now the 3 strut bar nuts are able to go all the way down since i put the horn on top of the stand instead of the other way around

btw what do u mean by "horn's mounting tab is grounded"

THanks a lot guys
i know i am a pain in the ass

Cooray,
You need to stop boiling your nuts. That sounds painful!

'Grounded' means that the tab is touching bare metal on the chassis so that it makes an electrical circuit.

FWIW. Your strut bar installation will no just about bugger all for performance. I hope you like the look and don't break anything on the install.

Cheers.
