Not sure about the production date yet...

Yes, the engine cover will be able to go on with some very slight trimming. But not sure why you would want to cover up the billet aluminum end tanks

Will it retain the ability to use the stock engine cover?

Sweet! Will the kit include a charge pipe? Is there a meth bung?

Yes, we are working on a charge pipe as we speak.

There is a built in meth bung on the intercooler:

As soon as we finish our charge pipe, we will begin some testing.

So official pricing on the intercooler alone has been set to $699. We are seeing if there would be any interest in a group buy for these to get a couple in some peoples hands. Is that something you guys would be interested in?

Group buy with nasioc member/loyal customer discount?

I would be more willing after I see some numbers.

Ian, at this stage can you give us a rough estimate (+/- two weeks) of release dates for the TGV deletes, intercooler, and charge pipe kit.

Engine cover can still be used with some very slight trimming.

It'd be nice for someone to make a nice aluminum one.

Ordered this yesterday (woo!)... 4-5 week backorder (boo!). Opted to wait it out though. Can't wait to get it in. heh. heh.

I intended to run it with the trimmed cover but in the event I decide otherwise is there any issue with ducting from the scoop? My understanding is that the stock engine cover creates a seal between the scoop and intercooler. Without it there wouldn't that create a gap?

Is there any idea of when the chargepipe will be available? Will it be a one or two piece design? Would be really great if it somehow aligned with when the intercooler will be shipped.

The engine cover is not needed for optimum flow. I have been running without it since day one, no issues at all. Charge pipe should be completed in the next couple of weeks if everything goes smoothly.

Have any of these intercoolers made it into the hands of customers? Curious about third-party reviews while I wait for mine to arrive. :-)

Also, will the chargepipe be one piece like the Killer B & Mishimoto or two-piece like PRL? Will it be SS or aluminum? Trying to determine if I should wait for yours or just order the PRL. :-)
