Finally got that crank pulley off, as well as timing cover. I'm getting closer to those valve lifter buckets every week.

nice. They rarely are. Mine still tells me I shouldn't have traded it.

To keep on track. Ran wires and ordered an amp so I can finally get around to installing the sub I've had for a couple years now. hopefully it goes well with the head unit I recently installed.

I today added a 4 channel amp to my setup for the inside speakers. So now I can hear all the instruments as loud as the bass. Yesterday took out the kenwood 12's and put in the Alphasonik Mayhem 12 (I cant believe I got this woofer for $100!). < sick stuff there!

I changed my oil & filter with Royal Purple and Lucas Synthetic oil stabilizer. I also changed my pcv valve, rear oxygen sensor and 3 spark plugs.
I must say normally I would have put it in the shop but I thought I'd give it a shot and save some money. Lo and behold I do have some mechanic in me. the fourth spark plug is stuck in there pretty good so I left it in. I'm sure its not supposed to be that tight so I'll let a mechanic change THAT one tomorrow.
All in all a great subaru day.

Customized plates finally came today. I really wanted AWDSOME, but it was taken so my second choice was this.

I did have to move the AC line and bracket down a hole, and then gingerly wedge the top portion in above it, but went in smoothly....big improvement combined with my cusco type II lower arm bar. I can only imagine whenever I get around to lowering it.

Changed the oil in my Subaru yesterday and drove it about 1/4 a mile. Now I need to put a few more miles on it so I can get a tune.

Replaced the clear side marker lights from 2002 that fell apart last fall so I fixed with epoxy but didn't expect them to turn all ugly yellow. Now they're clean again.

Can I mention last week? Installed the new radiator to fix the old one that cracked!! I never thought a radiator would crack. But it does. And sprays coolant all over the car, but only when you're driving. And is small enough you can't really see it after you pull over. AARGH! But a week later and no more leakin.

Ehm..

Drove it to work then to IAG so it can get the pre-autocross-season check over done.

How much stock do you have in IAG? Since you are always there

Helped a coworker pop off the idle air control valve on his 2001 RS, and cleaned out a lot of scary gunk buildup. Now it magically idles perfectly again. Go figure.
