Default NJ NNJ EXTREMELY CLEAN 2005 STI with 105k miles

Hello, time has come to where my pride and joy has to go. I've owned this car for little over a year and as it was always one my dream cars I took care of it like a museum piece. The car is a 2005 STI with 3 owners (me being the 3rd) and 105k miles on it. Carfax is clean and I can send it to anyone that is interested in viewing it. I bought the car with 102k miles and the mods that were on the vehicle at the time of purchase were; built block with manley rods, pistons and ARP studs, intake, Cobb AP, APS exhaust and all suspension mods. Everything else that will be listed on the mods list was done under my ownership. As for the rest of the car, It is SUPERBLY clean for the year and mileage. There is NO rust, NO scratches only a few rock chips and two minor dents that I could find which are not noticeable. There are no leaks, no knocks and no clunks. The tune on this car which was done my JR tuned is absolutely perfect and the engine is extremely healthy resulting in NO KNOCK events or cylinder roughness whatsoever. Reason that I'm selling the car is because I'm planning on buying a house and these funds would help me clear up some debt and having money left over. I also have receipts for the work done under my ownership

I believe this car is worth $18k and therefore that is my asking price. The mods that you will see are almost considered "collector" items at this point and are worth a good penny.

*UPDATE* as of now the car will come on the OEM BBS wheels with really decent tires.

Nice car, great listing, but unless I glossed over it, I can't find the info. What turbo is on it? Seems like a lot of stuff just to support the vf39.

Also it's tuned, what are the approximate figures?

Yes turbo is the VF39, the mods are more reliability mods rather than performance. Side fees injectors are horrible therefore I replaced them with a top feed conversion setup. IAG AOS was placed to further help the motor stay healthy. Flex fuel was added as a bonus. I wasnít looking for serious power gains I was more interested in preserving the motor and making the car be drivable and very reliable.

As for the tune hereís a dyno sheet; with dyno correction numbers came up later to around ~380whp ~408wtq and thatís on flex fuel of course

I know the build was completed before you purchased it, but do you know how many miles are on the built motor?
