Default I think my car hates me

I have the standard vf34,pinks,pump and invidia TBE and up-pipe on a Cobb base tune, my car way overspools and and whines like a bat out of hell and I lose all pressure it seems like, so I put my stock cat back on again but kept my downpipe, less of a problem but still not fixed, it obviously is a boost problem, so I am going to make my own external wastegate off the uppipe or buy a pre-fab kit then go to get a protune , so I have three questions,

1. If I go EWG route, will my bellmouth downpipe mess with my exhaust flow or cause any proplems without the Internal gate working?

2.I want headers but my TBE is completely catless and pretty loud, but will the headers significantly raise the level of sound my car makes, or just change the tone

3.obviously I would like my engine parts done and ALL in before I get a protune-would you guys suggest any other parts, TMIC,intake,anything???

ya likely blew the turbo by overspeeding it

if ya got a boost leak and are MAKING it make 19psi.....by spinning it at an absurd speed------it is real easy to overspeed it and blow it up

yeah that does make sense, but it doesnt do it in first or second,and it sounds like a whistle-when boost kicks in it jumps up to 1.2-1.3 bar then falls back down to .9 bar and then gets a little pressure back and flattens out???

about ur header thing. i installed a megan header and the only difference i really notice is you can "hear" the engine more, cuz it resonates. i know i severly need a tune but my only issue is when my rpm get low and my fan kicks on i get vibration issues and the header actually hits the subframe. its a lil louder but hell im runner a spec nur exhaust which from what i hear is one of the most obnoxious. thats why im lil scared to put a catles DP on but the noise dont bother me, i actually love that boxer sound. dunno if that was any help. but just some input

yea, you have a similar problem to me, and it def sounds like a leak is present.. and i would never get a tune, with a leak.. but more then likely, the tuner, if the noise is that noticable, would not tune you anyway..

how long has this been happening? and when/how long have these parts been on the car?

I have had the parts on for a total of about 1 month and 1k miles, not heavily driven, gotta be a leak-I really don't think that its blown
