i don't know much about Emanage, but do know EcuTeK is a powerfull tool and gives great daily driving results. Is Emanage some sort of piggy back, standalone or what?

Emanage is full standalone. If you want to keep things like cruise control and OBD2 ability, I'd suggest Ecutek.

e-manage is crap for our cars. if you want stand alone go with hydra or aem ems.

otherwise go with ecutek, utec, or cobb ap + protune.

The greddy (trust) emanage is not a full stand alone, it is a piggy back. The pro-fec 2 is a add on to the emanage for on board display and tuning compared to buying a seriel-usb tool. There is also the new emanage ultimate that recently came out, which has a lot of new features over the original blue box. I am currently using it on my gs-r, and have tuned with it on Joncas' supercharged 2.5rs. I am very happy with the capabilities of the blue box, and I dont see why people bash it. It gives you so many options of tuning yourself, it may not be for people who are looking for plug and play power, like the ones who talk crap about it.
