10/16/11 - Is WRXtra still around?
I ordered an item from them and it's been processing for days.
I'm a bit worried that they are no longer in business with just an active payment account. They haven't replied to emails. I had got no tracking number. Also, you think they would give me a full refund (+shipping) since it's not shipped yet? I want to go elsewhere. I'm really anxious and impatient at this point.

I'm so impatient.
Anyhoo, they just shipped my order today. So yes, for anyone who's wondering, searching, and came across this thread, they are still in business. I understand they make their own products, so that is why there is a long processing time. It took my order 5 days to process, but two of those days were weekends. I'm overall satisfied since it is shipped priority. Actually, the wait time isn't so bad considering their products are made on demand (I'm guessing). 5 days processing, 4 days shipping. |

Sorry about the delay. As you surmised, we are a pretty small company. While we try to have inventory on hand for quick shipment, sometimes we get several orders for the same item close together and have to make more. We are primarily a machine shop and auto shop, so the web business doesn't get as much time devoted to it as we'd like, but we try to give our customers timely service and support.
Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you. Regards, J.B. Hebert www.WRXtra.com |

I am on the same boat. I ordered my boost gauge kit Dec 19th it still says processing and there is no response to emails. IIRC their site said something about items will de delivered in 2-5 business days. I am hoping my order gets shipped soon seeing OP's post gives me hope, but Buyer Beware.
