Default Late max boost build help

Hello, ive noticed my car isnt building max boost untill about 5300rpms, is this an indication that i could have a leak? My AFRs are 11.8-12.3 at WoT, so i know i need some more tuning done. But would that cause it to boost late? My mods are..

4EAT transmission
16g td05 big turbo
565inject
255lph Walbhoro
Silicone inlet
Catless full turbo back
Cattless headers/up pipe
PnP TGV deletes
PnP Throttle body OEM
PnP intake manifold OEM
2.5inch FMIC
Oil catch can
Mishimoto radiator
17x8.25 wheels

Pretty sure my turner pulled my timeing from rpms 4800-5300...
Any input or advice would be appreciated...im thinking i have a leak at my headers/up pipe or it could be the timing pulled...or the tune itself? I am always able to hit max boost, just not as quick as i read im suppose tok

What gear is this is in? All of them or 1 and 2? A 16g is going to spool slightly slower than a stock td04 or vf series, and 1st gear even for my td04 is too short to quite hit full boost. 2nd gear it barely has time too. (5 speed manual) try it in 3rd gear around 2500rpm and slam the gas down and see where it makes boost. Any wierd idle or other symptoms?

do you have a wideband that you are getting the air fuel ratios from?

Also has the lean fueling and late boost been happening ever since the tune or was it behaving differently after being tuned?

Do you have a datalog you could post up?

Yeah i have a mtxl innovate wideband, and the late boost i am not sure if that has been happening since the tune update, but he retarded the timing in the rpms rane 4400-5300 i believe a degree or 2. But i also remembered a while back i loosened my actuator arm a couple turns, because i though i was spiking and throwing a CEL issues so i tightened back and now I'm hitting target boost faster by 2nd gear 5000ish rpm on my car 4EAT.

Its a 4EAT, but i recently remembered i loosened my wastegate actuator because i thought i was spiking and throwing a CEL code, after that not being the issue i never retightened and never paid attention to my boost spool. But yesterday i retightened after ging over everything and now im hitting my 17.5-18psi in second gear by 4500 rpm, that being because after shifting from first to second thats around the rpm it starts in and hits peak...so im hoping my issue is fixed, my car definitely feels more powerfull and not hitting my wastegate spring pressure (14.5) then slowly climbing to 17.5 after like 5 secondsits full boosting up to the 17.5 steady
