Should bolt to frame extensions or to your bumper braces/supports.

^^ all companies are designed a little different and may require a little ingenuity, but as 007WRX says above, the back ones almost always use the stock rear tow hook bracket. The front can vary, check out the towhook thread for some ideas. Those ones you got look like a self-made job, so maybe ask the person you bought them from?

Already did look through all pages on the tow hook thread, there's only one looks similar, but can't really see it from the other side .Already asked the seller too, but he has no idea how to put it on either, so that why I am asking if anyone has the same one can help me and post some pix on here

That black box is the charcoal canister. It is to keep fuel vapors from escaping from the gas tank. Make sure you dont break that.

lol thats prob the reason why he didnt put it on it must be a universal kit... when i had one on my auto-x car i remeber it stuck out a ***** load but it was angled up from the top picture in your first post how it has that slit on the end thats the part that should be resting on top also how the washer is the same way with the slit in it that should be resting towards the top too

Find a bolt , remove that bolt , position the tow hook then fasten that bolt!
