Default JBP Project: WRC Widebody Ongoing Build

My journal to keep track of what's going on with my current build. In the 10 years of owning the car it has progressed little by little.

The current goal is to build a fun daily/occasional trackday vehicle. I like the idea of keeping a subtle OEM like appearance offset with some aggressive features. Not looking to make a crazy amount of power, especially since my car is a 4EAT (AT), which usually comes as a shock, but it's just as fun of a car.

It may be Burn-Up or HT Auto. Can't remember the brand off hand.

Based off of L'aunsports 05 Wide Body quarters. They take up the whole door panel.

Started off thinking "That's not widebody! The rear is only a flare!"

Scroll scroll scroll

I'll shut up now

Looks great, and very glad to see it actually being used!

It wasn't purchased from wrcspares, but it is an authentic WRC carbon duct from another rally build.

I haven't had luck finding what I need to know and wanted to ask, Did you have to do anything to get your '04 sti cluster to work in your 4eat wrx? Just wanted to be sure that it's plug and play in a 4eat wrx before I install it. Thanks for the help.

IIRC, it's plug and play if it's 04 STI cluster. 05 might be different with the airbag having a different readout. But the DCCD display moves accordingly to the position of where the P, R, N, D, 3, 2, 1 are.
