Will RHD interior parts fit LHD?

Looking through a japanese impreza catalog and I like the coloured interior bits. I also like the red Momo steering wheel.

I got a STi WRX & Sports wagon brochure along with impreza accessories, sports parts and Audio&Visual, plus a cool 15minute video, all from Japan from a dude on Ebay.
Heres some more yummy stuff ;o)

I want the pikachu seats!

It would be great to swap some of the STi parts into the WRX. I wonder how much it would cost to get the center mounted tach? (more than its worth? . . .)
