Ahh ok ok. It's the wheel profile and the drop that gets the wheels looking a bit bigger. But still, pretty nice.

I can't really drop it nor go with much lower profile tires than what I have with the 245/40. I need that lil bit of extra meat to soak up "adventures"......

Incorrect, It is the lack of tire on that wheel that makes it "look bigger"...

LOL

He'd probably rub on 265s. (and by probably, I mean definitely)
But yeah.... That car would look beast on 265 and ~1" less drop.

Thats the plan for next year, going to a 265/35 and raising it up a little bit. Will be setup for Auto X and more fun driving

Nice! Post photos then

I'm still undecided on Gold, Silver or that Black smoke (same CWP)..... guess I have until next spring to decide.

Ya but he's dropped 3". Maybe at stock height or a smaller drop....

Still, surprisingly good clearance on the new WRXs. For how "full" the wheel bays look it can sure fit a meaty setup without rubbing.....

A picture from the Subaru BAM 2016 that I think shows my polishing efforts! Also a shot that shows some of my new CF bits and the smoked headlights.

I just want to say it was 95 degrees out with full sun blazing and my car looks like cool black ice even sitting directly under the light. All the hard work paid off, I got quite a bit of compliments and questions about the "shinyness" of my car. Some guys asked if it was stock paint!

Dang, good work!

Thanks for the offset info, I ordered ET35 wheels so I should be just about right where I want it based on your setup.
