Talking BUILTSTI... 390WHP JR tuned, built motor, VF39 set to kill on 100 octane + METH

I left the track this weekend running 12.21 @ 112 with 115 degree intake temps, went home and parked the car. After work today I drove to THESHOP and put the car on the dyno as is, made 370WHP.

Put some 100 octane in it and had JR do his thing.

Left the dyno with 390.9 w/ 110 intake temps WTF!

Once the car hit 390 STi Mikey started crying like the little girl he is.

I would like to thank STi Mikey in advanced for paying for my race gas and track day on Sunday as we have a bet !
The dynosheet below is his HTA68 w/ 100 octane and my VF39 w/ 100 octane + meth.

With that being said, tomorrow I'll grab the other dyno sheets and put the video up.

So this tune ^ is on 93 oct and meth?

Do you think it will make more power on C16?

I would like to see this graph overlay with the new tune.

Haha, yeah, i came out of dinner with a small buzz to a gigantic FMIC and got sad. I need one horribly for racing, dragging, even auto-x in this weather.

John, about the bet. I'll make it fair. Ill flash my HTA 93 pump map into the car, the one that makes 40 less whp than your meth + race vf. We'll go old school, looser buys sunday

On a more serious note, the car makes a bit more power, 17 whp to be exact than my 07 did when set to kill. The AEM standalone kills all possibility of shift knock as well. With John driving, and 2 240lb passengers, this car absolutely moved!! John is a great driver, and he has to get it there, but as it sits holy crap is it ever an 11 second car.

I dont know how you guys manage to get those numbers on a DD. Would seem like those would be good enough for mid 11's.

Way to go. JR strikers again lol

With weight reduction mid 11's are not out of the question. I just have to convince John to let me rip his car apart

With him in it, it weighed in at 3330. Thats without a spear and a wing. We can get another 75-100 out easily. WIth effort, we can get the car down to 3150 with him in it I feel.

John, I cant believe you actually got those videos up. It was hilarious, my mouth dropped when your cleared 370, then I bugged out form there hahaha.

Im confident in saying: Whoever makes it through tech first this weekend

Just as a reference, with a standalone and at 3000lbs with driver, CTracer911 went [email protected] (vf39) making 360whp on this same dyno, same setting. It was even with marginal driving, as he had never dragged a 6-speed at the time.
