Default PA: 2013 WRX 29kmiles BW7163 $28,000

I’ve owned this WRX since 2013; bought it with circa 4k miles, but with just buying a house, priorities have changed a little. This was my first Subaru and to build/work on it was awesome.
Chad Block and CBRD in York worked on most of the bolt on engine work with this car (receipts to prove) I never flat footed the car, or ran it at the track, for me it was a build project to see what could be done, and to give me insight on the next build!

Quick Points:
- Car puts down 365whp/356wtq at 19.2 psi on a Borg Warner EFR 7163. CBRD just did this build in January of 2017 (2k miles on build)
- 29,xxx miles ( garage kept, only weekend driven, has been exempt from emissions each year for <5k miles)
- Clean Title
- Ceramic Coated in 2013 after I bought it, body is in VERY good condition
- Oil changed with Rotella t-6 5w-40 at 3000 miles
- Diff fluid changed at 20,xxx miles with at CBRD.
- Almost every part was bought brand new. Other than the wheels, and hood. Quality parts make a quality build. Most of the OEM parts off the car are still in my possession, and will be included in the sale. (some items did get sold through the years; turbo, some trim pieces, factory cat-back)
- NEW INSPECTION AS OF 8-18-2018.
- Fresh oil change as of 8-26-2018.

Interior:
- Swapped upper trim pieces (a,b,c pillars, lights, fold down mirrors) with black parts from a 2014 sti. Removes all the upper tan pieces in the cars interior
- Black Corduroy wrapped ceiling
- GT Spec “d” steering wheel
- SMY dual guage pod (boost and AFR)
- V3 AP (running protune from CBRD)
- V7 JDM STI Seats (From Japan, the passenger in this car has the height adjust option, not the driver.) Never bothered me.
- SMY Black door hinge clips
- SMY Vent/V3 AP holder
- STI 5-spd leather shift knob
- Interior is 10/10. Non smoker. Still smells like a new car. No pets, no kids

Exterior:
- Advan Carbon Fiber Hood
- Aerolatch hood pins/latches
- Password JDM Carbon fiber gurney wing
- Password JDM Carbon Fiber Radiator Cover
- 3m vinyl wrapped roof (matt black)
- 35% tint
- Rear Wiper Delete
- Headlights were taken apart and painted by Overland (back in 2013 he STILL did this!) Frosted black/blue
- Carbon Fiber Badges (front and rear)
- Exterior is in great shape. There are 2 small dings on the whole car and I can point right to them because I put them there by accident.

Wheels:

- 18x8.75” XXR 527 with new 245/40/18 tires. No curb rash at all. Straight wheels that just have some paint fade. Fill out the wheel well perfectly.

Brakes:

- 4pot 06-07 WRX brake package.

Drivetrain:
- OEM Clutch
- Kartboy Short throw shifter
- OEM driveshaft

Suspension:

- Group- N Engine mounts, transmission mounts
- Superpro Pitch stop mount
- Superpro Front and rear sway bars
- Kartboy Endlinks
- Koni Struts and RCE black springs

Engine:

- OEM EJ25 Motor
- Borg Warner 7163 EFR turbo (stock location)
- Process West Intercooler
- ID 1000 cc injectors
- DW Fuel Pump (65c)
- Grimspeed Air intake
- Perrin Turbo Inlet
- Tomei EL Header (Swaintech Coated)
- CBRD Up-pipe (3bolt to vband on BW)
- CBRD Custom Downpipe (vband on BW) catless
- Tomei-TI exhaust
- Killer-B Extra Capacity Oil pan
- Killer-B Welded oil pickup
- Killer-B Oil Baffle
- Secondary Air pump delete
- Pierburg EBCS

Will post pictures of receipts and all when I get home, for now Ill get the thread up and some exterior shots!
Asking $25,000 obo Contact me with any questions, or requests for more pictures! 717-799-2334

^^^ no they didn't. It was easier for them to just create a new up-pipe that bolted up to the tomei header, and had a v-band on the other end.

the pre-existing uppipe was swaincoated, so cutting it and welding back onto it wasnt much of an option...

Hard to tell from the pictures, but is the car running EWG now as well?

Also, those are V7 STI seats (you can tell from the ribbing in the bolsters). Some argue they are more comfortable than the V8's.

Hey! Nice catch on the seats; remembering back to when I ordered them I liked the ribbing in the bolsters which is why I went with them over the v8s..... IMO the v7 seats are a bit better at holdin then driver in the seat (taller bolsters). Iíll update my add!

The cars still utilizes an IWG
