You are NOT going to find a better condition 2007 STI. The time has come to upgrade to a larger vehicle. This car has been meticulously kept, averaging about 3,000 local miles annually. It has never been in a collision, raced, or abused. It has some very minor wear/tear which can be seen on the photographs. Two of the wheels have very minor curb rash, a small dent in the hood from road debris, and some small paint chips.

The car has been garage kept since new and has had oil changes at all regularly scheduled intervals. It has been coated and protected with Ceramic Pro (silver package.) The car was tuned by Dave Brown of Performance Auto Solutions in Long Island, New York. The vehicle has the ability to run 93 octane AND E85 fuel. The vehicle makes 355 whp/396 tq, but is able to be reduced with preset tunes on the Cobb Accessport 2.

Modifications Include:

Rally Armor Urethane Mud Flaps (Blue Logo)
Kart Boy 6-Speed Short Shifter & Bushings
Invidia Catless Downpipe
Invidia N1 Catback Exhaust (Titanium Tip)
Grimmspeed Uppipe
KS Tech 73 mm Cold Air Intake
Cobb Accessport 2 (4 preset tunes include 93 octane low/high and E85 low/high)
Electronic Boost Control Solenoid
FIC 1100 CC Injectors
TGV Deletes
DeatschWerks DW300 Fuel Pump
Tial 38 mm External Wastegate
Limited V Replica Front Lip
Custom Painted Headlights (Black & Chrome)
Titanium Weighted Shift Knob (Blue & Silver)
Air Pump Delete w/ Block Off Plates
Crawford Air/Oil Seperator
2006 STI Taillight Swap (JDM Mod) - 2007 Taillights Sold Separately
Hella Horns
Viper Alarm w/ Remote Start
Rear Windshield 20% Tint/Front Windshield Strip 5%
Continental Conti-Extreme All-Weather Tires
Stoptech Street Performance Brake Pads (Changed <1000 miles ago)

No trades, no lowballs. I don't need any assistance in selling this vehicle. Thanks!

Thanks! I'm originally from Long Island and had all the work done at Performance Auto Solutions before I moved to Virginia... but Dave is the man for sure!

Don't you know that these are collectors cars and prices go up as they get older?! I'd be asking at least $32k if it were mine. It's got mud flaps and front lip upgrades FFS!

Hey! I live in Fredericksburg. Where do you fill up with E85? I've been wanted to make the switch in my STI but everywhere I know of is out of my way. GLWS!

Sheetz on Lafayette Blvd supposedly has it. I haven't been using E85 for a while.. I'd make sure to test it before you fill up though!
