The unofficial "25K" pricetag on the miata is probably going to be more like 28 or higher, IMO.
I didn't know the regular 3 had been released until I saw one at the dealership. I likey! |

hmm, maybe i'll just pick up something cheap to hold me over until then, that would make my decision between a wrx wagon or Mazda3 5-door much easier.
oh, and I'll take mine like this, but slightly less blingin wheels |

I like it. And if it's true, then it's faster than my car. So, all in all. It sounds good. But my next car is an '05 STI. I already made arrangements.

A 6-speed 240hp AWD wagon with great handling would be nice.

dayum. The current form mazdaspeed protege shall be worth next to nothing when this version arrives.
I'm assuming the 200hp AWD wagon will be priced around $20K? |

Dunno about power, but for a wagon that was a good looking car. -john |

i doubt it would hit the american market. Mazda lost tons of money on the mazdaspeed protege by giving over 3k in rebates and incentives to move them.
there is no demand for mazda sport compacts. Alot of MSP are still sitting on the dealer lots collecting dust, last i've heard you can get them for 15k. |

that's because they were 'underpowered' for the class they sat in. if mazda had a 240hp (not 200) with AWD under 3000lbs (i can hope) then they'd probably sell well. if i had a real job i'd consider buying one.
i've driven a GTX, they can be fun |

with every option and leather i got the sedan and wagon to 22K.
highest RS i could get is 25,670. this is of course with every (read: stupid) option available. |
