Default 02 Bugeye Wagon 18g^8cm Dyno Sheet Inside

First Off, I am going to tell you a little of what I have been doing on my 02 wagon since I got it about one and half years ago. I did the usual bolt on with the stock turbo including Catless Uppipe and Turboback exhaust, I also did Perrin Fuel rails. Felt fast for about two days so I got a Cobbs Accessport and loaded up a Stage 2 Map. That gave me a kick in the butt for about 6 months. I started doing some research on turbo upgrades and ended up getting a vf39 because I didnt want to get anything to series. After buying one of a member here, I decided that I wanted to get something bigger but keeping it in the vf series. I have had 4 turbocharged honda so I know what Lag really is. So I decided to part with the vf39 and move on to the bigger brother, the vf22. I then purchased STI pink injectors, Walbro 255 intank, Ebay FMIC. I used the accessport on a vf30 Map that was avaliable, It was running ok but I knew I needed to get a tune. I had already tuned my last honda, so I decided to get the StreetTuner software for the Accessport and tune it myself on the street. The car was running strong and even made 304hp on C16 on The Shop Dyno Dynamic.
Fast forward to two weeks ago and I find that turbochargers.com has a special for a 18g with the 8cm rear just like the Greddy unit. I sold off the VF22 for a good price on Ebay and took the dive into the 18g. I traded the sti pinks for Stock modified injectors balanced to 850cc. I installed the 18g and drove it for 200 miles to let the turbo break-in. I strapped it down to a DynoJet and baselined 238hp 225tq. After playing around with some intake calibration, timing and fuel. I ended with 317hp and 308tq with 20psi on 93 pump fuel. I am very happy with this results. I want to go back and throw some C16 in the tank and turn up the boost. The 8cm rear gives this turbo excellent top-end. Air-fuel is not spot on because I had limited time on the dyno.
On the street it feels like a monster. Runs good and still gives me 30 mpg on a daily basic.
I also did a little video on the Dyno, Check it out on youtube.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4wJ5XF7dNg
Here is a dyno sheet and a picture of the wagon on the dyno.

Strapped on the dyno-Check out the ghetto Hood rod, I have been meaning to get Tein Damper but I have been spending my money elsewhere.

thats pretty awesome considering its pretty untuned looking, id liek to see it fully tuned, the shelf of torque and hp line speaks for itself nicely

I'd like to see where the torque moves to if you turn the boost up to 22psi.

I just did the sedan conversion about two months ago, I am waiting on my JDM Buyeye headlights to complete that front nose and install my JDM Vent up top. Car feels so good on the street, I dont want to stop driving it.

It's like the scene off of gone in 60 seconds!!! I am about to get the 18g from turbochargers.com, I think i am opting for a 7cm. What made you decided to go with the larger 8cm. How does the spool feel on the 8cm. Any advice for the DIY install on the turbo, injectors, ssauto FMIC?
Thanks,
scott

Meld- I ordered it the week of christmas and had it in my hand the 4 of January. I ordered the 8cm Rear because I wanted something close to a 20g but not there. Look at the torque the 8cm makes compared to the 7cm. From the vf22 to this Lag is minimal. Comes on full boil at about 4000rpm.
SCOTTPWRX- The install on everything was straight forward. Also I forgot to mention something very important. I am running a EWG with Turbosmart 38mm Wastegate.

It looks nice and is very stealthy. Do you have a picture with the hood down so we can better see how those fender flares look?
