those headlights should be a very nice mod for you cpelton.
Simple de-ambered headlights look awesome, but the retrofit goes above and beyond.

cool stuff.

let the cutting begin! My parts showed up for the retrofit and I pulled the headlights apart tonight and cleared them. Don't do what I did and leave the cookie pan in the oven when you preheat it.. I melted part of the plastic clips on the back of one of the headlights.. no biggie but just a heads up for anyone who is going to pull theirs apart. 6 minutes at 220*F was plenty. Painting the surrounds to match with Bikergreen on saturday, hopefully have them back together with projectors installed sunday!

TSX Projectors with BMW E46 Shrouds.

will do, I'm also going to do the washer/colour mod to the projectors to get more of a blue flicker at the cutoff.

Thats going to be a wicked set up!! If I didn't have the one car I would be all over doing a full retro but I'm just going to stick to painting for now - maybe I'll pick up a used set of head lights to run in the future so I can pull mine apart again for some cutting - Good call on the BWN shrouds, does that include the angle eye??

Sounds cool, but in all truthfulness, I hate the angel eyes on Subarus. They are made on BMWs and should stay on them. I feel they completely kill the clean look.

The lightwerkz stuff is pretty cool, and the peanut eyes look great with modded headlights. Should be a fun project.
