AliBenn Scooby Guru Member#: 487 Join Date: Nov 1999 Chapter/Region: TXIC Location: Greatwood/Sgrlnd Vehicle: 1998 /2005 STunIcorn Acadia Green RS-T	hmmm small non-visable crack on the used header? take header off clean everything big time to inspect if you can see a crack If nothing visable, would cap ends of header and pour a cup of fuel inside piping. flip header few times to see if fuel finds a way thru hard to see welds on the header fuel will leak thru if there is any crack. GL
