Nice ideas man. It's a shame no one is really making a 3 point strut tower bar, I have one from M4IF on my car, it makes a massive difference.

Good to see a man bevel his butt welds and leave space for the root. That 304 stainless for the header?

Is it just me or is that bottom runner really REALLY close to the oil pan? also can you remove the oil filter with the manifold bolted up?

Nice Work... Like the manifold lay out, looks proper. Had to notch the subframe quite a bit to get that to fit huh? Are you going to reinforce the subframe a bit?
Are you going to TIG the manifold just as it is now? I think it will be a nightmare to get into some of those tight spaces... If it were me I would have TIG'd the collector entirely at first, then each of the 4 "up-pipes" individually then weld one by one to the collector after ensuring fitment is still perfect.. Good luck! Can't wait to see how it turns out... - Martin |
