Mine were great on the street, not so good for a newbie on the track in the stock 205/55-16 size, though. I would recommend for the street.

none i dont even really need tires for a couple more months but this seemed like a good deal. so i figured id ask. i mean i dont do any track driving or anything just to and from work. i dont need all seasons cause i live in florida. thats really it just looking to see if people enjoyed them or not.

http://www.vulcantire.com/cgi-bin/ti...&f=fk452_t.htm i mean this place has time listed for 82$ a tire. thats 320 without shipping alone.

http://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?ti...rebrand=Falken this place has them for 115 a tire.

ive browsed a couple other online places and havent four a set of 4 for 250$ at all.

Nice tire. Great in the rain, predictable at the limit and decent ride quality.

Good treadwear, too, but they will get VERY loud when they're more than half-worn.

Same here. Run great on dry or wet street, but don't like to grip on the track. 245/40/18 is what I am running.

I corrected your statement for you. I've run 3 track days on 245/45-18 FK452s on my 4000# CTS-V and they did just fine. They're certainly not the best track day tires in the world, but to say they "don't like to grip" is kind of silly. Then again, I've done track days on RE92s and didn't have any issues (and was the fastest of the Subarus there), so maybe I just have different expectations.

As for the OP's question, I'd say go for it if you can get a really good deal on them. For your usage they'll be outstanding tires.
