Default semi not related...where does this go?

Didn't want to start a thread for this but just installed a omori boost gauge into a stock pod on a 2007 sti. Took off the bottom steering column, clock pod, and the cluster out to run my wires.....anyone happen to know where this piece goes?

Looks like the tilt lever for the steering wheel?

2013 wrx smy cluster with Defi boost and defi oil temp, a piller is BNA solutions aem afr and prosport prem oil pressure & above pass sun visor windshield pod with prosport water temp and EGT .. all work done a VTR ( vinnt ten racing) long island ny by Steve. Click on pics
