Enkei RS05-RR, 18" X 10.5" +35ET. Run fronts with 5mm spacers. I am running -3.5° camber. Tires would rub the coilovers without the spacers. YMMV! You will have to figure out strut spring diameter vs my 2.5" dia. coilover springs.
Note: front fenders have no lip and are stretched a bit to make everything clear. I am running 285 DOT radial slicks and coilovers. Rears are fine with just rolling.
I'd say you cannot stuff anything bigger in there without flares.
From this data and a good tire calculator you should be able to figure it out.
You don't mention tires...

I think that the size I'm looking at will be exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks for that website and your advise!!

You are not asking (and others are not asking) the obvious questions. Are you willing to do any mods? Roll, pull cut? What's your level of comfort?
You don't mention a tire. That's important. You say stock suspension so it won't be lowered nor negative cambered...
As you pose the question the answers are fairly worthless.

Not looking to do any mods. Stock body. No lowering or negative camber.
Yoko Advan A05 or Toyo Proxes 888R

Was originally looking at 265/35-18 but might switch to 255/40-18 for the Motegi wheel above.

Thanks

Width of wheels and 35 offset, right? Might work in the larger 265 size. Use this calculator. I am not sure of stock wheel entries are correct.

Default 2018 Sti

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with this particular fitment, with the new brakes on the sti. I am a newbie to this stuff, so please forgive me if this is a dumb question.

I am looking to putting on a set of 19×9.5 +35 TE37 Ultras. They are quite expensive, so I dont want to make a mistake. Will these fit on my car, and will they work with the stock suspension? Will I have to do any fender roll? The car came with 19s, so I'd like to keep the same diameter of wheel. Also, in the future, I'd like to change out the suspension to aftermarket, with control arms. Does anyone have a similar set up, who can give me solid advice please?

Thanks!

Lennon

I think this one might be very useful as well:

Try and avoid spacers.

When you get to a realistic offset (like 40-55), you may find someone who has used the specific rim you are interested in and they may know if it will clear the calipers. Don't hesitate to call the wheel seller or manufacturer and ask if they will clear the Brembos. Some have drawings you can print out and cut out that will show you clearly, in a visual manner, how the wheel will fit.

Car: 05 WRX w/ 05 STI trans and brake swap.
Wheels: Konig Hypergram 17x9 +40
Tires: 255 40r17 Goodyear Eagle Sport A/S

Fits without spacers. Required an agressive roll of the rear fenders. The front fenders did not require any modification.
