Yea, I got a a jack, and it looks like its pooling on the bottom cover of DP. so im thinking the oil lines to/from turbo. its minimual and basically only smells a little on startup. so im not going to spend my vacation time working on cars, since it seems to be ALL i ever do on my free time at home. Ill just watch the oil level, and get it home, then I'll really dive into it.

Thank you very much Rex for the offer...We bought the car over a month ago, and its been here at her aunts house and someone has been going out and starting it, letting it run for 10 mins, then turning it off. So with all those starts, leaking oil, and never getting the turbo hot, it never burned off. Well whats the first thing a speed demon like me does when I get here? Lets just say i put the turbo to work. so it was smoking pretty bad. It was also dark, so I was worried. But after that burned off, now its just minimal at startup.

Anybody recommend a subaru dealership or mechanic? I definitely have a major oil leak, and being that I do not have a place to take it apart here, looks like Im gonna have to pony up and pay someone else to fix. Also, a towing company would be helpful as Im not gonna risk trying to limp it there. I got luckily enough that I made it back from holiday travel.
