Those are nice wheels for sure and light, but paying $400 for 4 pounds is still too rich for me lol.

wow didn't realize those nurburgrings were that light - that makes the OZ Leggeras look like a ripoff. i HAD to go and get a gray car, didn't I...

those oversteers seem like a really good value; they don't look bad. i wonder how strong they are - i was trying to stick with OZ, Enkei, TSW, etc for quality reasons - i don't know alot about Konig but their price points make me wonder.

The Enkei PF01 are really light as well. Around the same price as the nurburgrings.

yeah that's a good wheel that seems pretty popular; i just thought the design was just so so. as far as that type of design goes, i find the OZs to be quite a bit better looking for that style

I was on the tail of an Enkei myself but Konig has been around a long time and I did not find anything online to scare me away so the $150 each finally sold me. Thats low, they normally go for about $250.

I know nothing about Konigs or Nurburgrings, but my OZ Superleggeras have survived the last 9 years without a ding or bend. I don't use them in winter but Mass roads suck year around.

I did get mine when they were on closeout, $200/wheel for 17x8. That probably won't happen with the Ultras til they go out of production.

it is true the wheels don't actually look that bad in person, but also some of these aftermarket 17 inch i would imagine wouldn't look as small in person compared to pics. Pictures just don't do justice to this car. It actually is THAT much better in person after seeing another last night in the show room.

also when the car is lowered it will just look better in general no matter which wheels you have! even the factory wheels with the car lowered will look sweet.

Agreed. Anxiously awaiting lowering springs to become available for the 2015.

BTW did you get an ETA for delivery on your 15 yet?

Wellll... tomorrow will be 6 weeks from the day i ordered it. They told me 6 weeks, however someone posted a link 2 weeks ago of a ship dropping off a load of subarus in vancouver. The dealership had said it takes 3 weeks to get from vancouver to here. Last night i went to Otto's and the guy said the car is on its way to toronto from vancouver. So it was definitely on that ship. So by my powers of deduction it should be here late next week which will be a 7 week wait.

Tint is all 20% with 5% on the rear window.
agreed, a small drop would really perfect the look. also thinking the front lip would look great, and help it look a little lower since the 18's raise the car just a tad.

tint looks great, i think i'm going to go a bit lighter though, probably 35% all around

I'm totally in love with those Gram Lights 57DRs

Would 18x9.5 +38 significantly change ride characteristics/quality? Aside from it raping my wallet, what is the down side of going with such a setup?

Fitment. You will probably feel a little tramlining from the wide wheels if you choose a tire with a wide footprint too.
I want the same wheels in the same size too.
Will need to roll and pull fenders and tuck with a rad negative camber.

The 57drs are awesome. 1600 out the door new ughhhhhhh

Absolutely LOVE THOSE RIMS!!! Head and shoulders better than the previous rims...no offense, but that ring around the spokes was horrible. My all time favorite combo with rims is either gun metal, or black/polished look like your rims.

I'm thinking of modifying my Konig Oversteer to have a similar effect.

Has anyone put older OEM STI 18x8.5 Enkei or BBS wheels on a 2015 wrx? I was wondering how they fit with the 245/40/R18 on the stock suspension. Would love to see some photos.

Did you need any fender rolling for the Wedsport?
