Exclamation Read If You Need A Place To Store/work On Your Car

One space in our shop is available in the Springfield/Newington Area for $175/month. The space is large enough for a small car (e.g. British Sportscar size) and area to work on the car. The space also has a storage space above and additional storage space if needed at additional cost at $1 per month per square ft.

The shop is alarmed and heated during the Winter and has a 30 ft ceiling for cooler temperatures during the Summer. The shop has a metal shear, drill press, mill, lathe, MIG welder, horizontal bandsaw, compressed air, and sandblaster. Perfect for restoring or updating a small sportscar.

For more information on this space or if you need general storage space, contact us at [email protected] .

This is kinda off topic, but how does that work out with your insurance coverage?

I bet if your insurance company found out that the car isnt kept at home more than a certain percentage of time, they would try and get away with not paying for damages or theft. Unless you tell them of course.

I guess it would be the same thing as you spending the night somewhere else, parking the car and coming back and the car is gone. Theft is theft it doesn't matter how it happened..... unless you are involved. Then you are in trouble. I work on the garage all the time, its very nice and convenient.

So, this isn't for random "I need to install ****" kind of things? I am probably 10 min away from you guys, and there are definitely times where I curse and wish I could pay $20 to do something inside/on a lift/etc

I think he means if you injure yourself in the shop. I know most garages won't let you past the desk for "insurance purposes."

True but on your insurance papers you put down where the car is kept. Insurance companies will find anyway to get out of paying for you. There reason might be that the car isnt kept where its written down on you papers.
