I have 2 EJ25D ECUs for sale, one from '97, one from '98. According to parts.subaru.com, these are for non-Outback EJ25Ds, so 2.5GT and LSi for '97, and just the 2.5GT for '98, wagon and sedan, manual and automatic. (I don't know what is different about the Legacy Outback ECUs for those years, but Subaru doesn't list the Outbacks on the "what this fits" tab for each of these ECUs.)
