I considered it. The goal is to be able to do a complete driveline swap including 5x114 hubs once the budget frees up a little. And I want DCCD for hydraulic handbrake.

Theres only a few more things I want done to the car.

STI Driveline
NASA/SCCA Spec Cage/Stitch Welding of the chassis.
Gutting of the interior, Bucket Seats, QR Steering Wheel and related safety equipment.
Hydraulic Handbrake (On independent calipers..so Ill have 2 calipers on each rear wheel)

Staying at Stage-2 WRX power wise.

There's a $500 trans with RA gears in nesic. Just needs a new diff.

Save for the gearing, the car will drive no different than it does now. It's not fast, but the grip and rotation is incredible. You're welcome to come for a ride if I ever make it to a meet.

I would imagine. I live in Shirley and work in Lancaster, so I'm all over that area! What are you driving? Oh and just an update to whom it may concern....

. I had just bolted the seats in to make sure they would fit. I had an issue with the seats. The 04-05 wrx seats do have an airbag in them but the 07 forester has a "smart" system that consist of a bladder sensor under the seat for occupant detection and classification along with a seat module and a boat load of extra wiring and connectors. So I disassembled both sets of seats, drilled out the rivets that hold the seat module in swapped out all the components and bang. Dumb seat to smart seat swap complete no airbag lights and the car stays safe. Ps got to keep my heated seats!!

Oh and Mr.Gibbs, the picture of that header we were talking about was incredibly deceiving!! They were literally almost brand new. Dylan put them on his 08 today there wasn't so much as a spot of rust on the inside flanges. Some one had just painted them black with a crappy non high heat paint. He brought it back to a chrome shine with a dirty shop rag and brake clean!! Lucky SOB.
