mmmm...purty...
question about your shroud though... are you concern that you might get some turbulance on the backside of the shroud where the lip is? |

There is no pressurized air being forced in like an intake manifold. |

It's the same shroud but this is a complete carbon fibre piece. I'll take a pic of the shroud to show u. We used the ally shroud as a mould and put 3mm thick sheets of wet carbon over it then used a releasing agent. The carbon guy then resined and clear coated it for thefinal finish |

Haha I've had to modify the pw cooler and move it forward so I could get the angle on the shroud enough that would promote air movement off the back of the shroud. Also needed to trim my bonnet to make it work. Plus I know nobody would want to spend the money on something like this. Maybe if i get it fabbed up in china could work out cheaper. Haha |

Yes in the range of 1-2K just for the carbon then have to add on the ally work for the inital shroud. Expensive but quality and very functional |

me too.
it has roller barrel throttle bodies right? i absolutely love the miter cut inlet piping, are their any advantages to that over mandrel bent? it doesnt look like it has PS. and has anybody noticed that a lot of the extensively modified ej's in japan have their turbo mounted/rotated parallel with the fire wall and moved towards the center more (by the pitch stop mount)? I want to know what the exhaust manifold/uppipe/downpipe system looks like. |
