02-03 have the same type of suspension... 04-05 are different thing...

If I'm not mistaken the front will fit but not the rear.... I dunno about the coilover tho... I know the springs are different

i think its the rear springs that would fit.. cuz i experienced that problem when i was installing my springs... but i heard that coilovers from 03/02 can fit on 04... yet i am not totally confident about that...

My friend had a set of Tein Flex from his 04 STI, bolted right up to my 03 WRX. It's the rear top hats that are different, but if you get a set of coilovers that are complete with the upper mounts they will drop right in.

the main differences are as follows

04 STi / any WRX, FXT, etc -> the STi has larger CV boots so some aftermarket shocks which are close to the boot need additional clearance, or you need to just switch boots

05 STi / any 04 or before -> there are many small differences in suspension components (not the struts really, but like the PCD and a some other smaller parts) so most of the time things fit, sometimes they dont. I could post an exact list, but it doesn't really apply here
