Default Custom 02-07 front strut bar

So i have access and the knowledge of not only cnc machinery and welding; but i also can 3D Print.

Recently i have been seeing people selling knock off front strut bars for over $70 and regardless what people say if they truly work or not; when installed i noticed the vast amounts of flex.

So i decided to replicate it out of my own material with a slight twist.

Currently there are 3 prototypes out and im considering making more if the wanted level is there..

Also; i am currently doing some R&D for a rear 3 point

Looks neat, but if you try to sell them here you'll need a vendor account.

Surpised people pay over 70 for knock off ones. On my first wrx I got one for 20$ and while not the best def worth the money.

Have you ever don't back to back testing with yours vs a knock-off.....was there a difference?

Altho i didn't have anything to test numbers on the car; i did stress/flex testing and mine did not bow as nearly much. i don't have screen shots right now as they are at the shop. But just driving Its surprising to feel it. Most say it doesn't do much; but i personally feel a huge improvement in steering response.

Currently designing the rear one; that's where most people say they get more bang for their buck..

This is badass. How does it attach to the firewall?

What did you stress test it against?

what material of "yours" did you use? looks like aluminum, but what alloy? did you heat treat it after weld?

looks like you reused the "knock off" strut tower mounting plates... what is your plan for making those?

what is your "slight twist"? why would we buy yours and not cusco's?

three extruded profiles in CAD aren't exactly selling me on your R&D, nor your CAD skill.
