Default Texas football people. Which is more important to you? NFL or College?

It seems like in general, people get more excited and bent out of shape over UT/Baylor/A&M games than Cowboys/Texans.

Just curious.

I probably prefer texas tech football, bc I know the cowboys will always let me down in the end.

I enjoy college football much more. Those guys always seem so enthusiastic and they are usually always playing for something. The pros just gets boring always using the same players and always hearing about the same people.

I'm a huge fan of A&M, UCF and SFA.

Wow see I had a feeling this was the case, it always seemed like it anyway.

I still want to go to a cowboys game to watch the cheerleaders some time :fap: (we need a fap emoticon lol) Get those seats right in front of the boxes they dance on the whole game.

College football. Not even close. Cowboys are a big failure. Jerry Jones sucks. At least the players in college play with heart and try.

As far as the Texans go, they're cool in my book. But I prefer college.

UT football. I'm actually glad that they had a season as mediocre as they did. Maybe some of these bandwagon jumpers can get off now.

But to be honest, College Football. They have more to play for and to prove.
IMO, NFL is fun, but College has more heart.

I was watching the A&M and Ok game the other night. My aunt (up in Missouri) asked me who I was rooting for since her hubby (he's from dallas) was rooting for A&M and she was Ok. I told her Ok, cause I only root for two teams in college, UT and any team that beats A&M.

The same goes for Texans, and any team that beats Dallas.

So you rooted for three teams this year then? How'd it feel after the Aggies kicked the **** out of the team that kicked the **** out of UT earlier this year?

A&M. Can't trust the Cowboys, and in general, NFL players are whiny babies who play for themselves and not for team or the fans that pay their salaries. So definitely college over NFL.

I like football. College, Pro.

Doesn't matter, a good game is a good game.

There's a lot of blowouts in college, and not too much in the range of defense. So you have to really chase to find good matchups to watch. Since I didn't go to college, there's no particular allegiance to any team. Since I grew up cheering for SWC teams in bowl games, I like to cheer for any old SWC team. Which they all did really well in the bowl season this year.

Pro, I've watched most every game the Texans have ever played (a lot of those have not been good games).

My rule was always UT, or anyone who beat A&M or OU. I wasn't sure what to do, so I just watched.

Whatever..

Too bad they had to run away before they could clean up the record.
Thanksgiving just hasn't been the same.

Ditched pro ball during their lockout thing, and haven't looked back.

I like college over pro. I am from Oklahoma and I am a huge OU fan. Grats to the A&M guys. I thought we were in the game at half time then I guess OU decided to go to sleep.

College level the kids are out there playing hard because they are trying to get to the next level. Some of the pros take it seriously. People like Adrian Peterson, Ray Lewis, Palamamalualooooo, Both the Manning boys. They want to win. Then you have the other side of the coin, where the pros are there just to get paid. Not giving 100% at the games. Terrell Owens is the biggest one that comes to mind.

So, I enjoy College over Pro.

NFL here, really only care about college during bowl season and seeing who's going to be a force at the next level. The speed and power of the game in the NFL is also a lot more enjoyable to me

College is definitely better, but fantasy football makes NFL a lot closer lol. And I root for any Texas team except A&M. Here's to a season they will never repeat lol
