Time to move on to another stage of life, and let this one go to someone that will drive it like its meant to be driven. I built this to go around corners , its quick in a straight line, but pales in comparison to the amount of grip and cornering speed this will hold.

I have touched every part of this car bumper to bumper. Other than the Mileage on the dash, it only reflects the Mileage of the Chassis (224k). All of the running gear has been refreshed or replaced. Tons of spares, and stock parts to go along with the sale, cash is king, and willing to negotiate. Asking $9k



Engine:
OEM 2.0L Block and Heads, last spark plug change @ 220k, Compression was 140-145, and leakdown of less than 15% cold engine.
Valve clearance check was last done at valve cover service @192k
Blouch 16gXT Ceramic Coated installed at 222k
Turbo XS Top Mount Intercooler
Perrin Turbo inlet
SPT Intake and spare filter
GFB Full Recirc BPV
'15 Sti Dark Blue Injectors
DW300 Fuel Pump
Cobb Boost Controller
4 New OEM Coil packs @220K
11mm Oil pump, with (KillerB Pickup, Baffle, and Aluminum Oil pan Combo), Greddy mag plug.
Oil Pressure, 65Psi hot above idle, 30Psi hot idle set 1000 RPM.
Timing Belt replaced @ 220k all rollers, tensioner, water pump, and thermostat.

Exedy Lightweight Flywheel FF01 – RearMain Seal and PCV cover resealed at service @ 222k
Exedy Stage 1 HD Organic Clutch 15802HD
New Clutch Master Cylinder & Slave Cylinder, dump valve deleted.
Goodridge steel braided Clutch line
OEM Gold Short Shifter - Killer B Shift Knob
GpN Trans Mount and Shift rod holder
Turn in Concepts Shift Improver set.
Front C/V Axles @ 198K

Feal 441 coilovers, Custom ordered 8kF/6kR Springs

Whiteline ALK, Front Sub-frame spacers, Lower control arm bushings, ball joints and TieRod ends.
Whiteline 24mm Front and Rear Sway bars with Adjustable endlinks.
Whiteline Heavy Duty Rear Sway Bar Mounts.
Sti Pink Trailing Arms
Sti Pink Lateral Links.

ATE TYP 200 Brake fluid – was blue now gold – some staining in reservoir.

OMP “WRC” Steering wheel with Splash Quick Release – Horn Functional, Cruise Removed.
Radio Removed - Speakers and Antenna still installed.
AutoPower 4pt Bolt in Roll Bar – Rear seat reinstalled.
6Pt Harness included but expired for sanctioned use.
OEM seat belt is correctly functional.
AEM X-Series Gauges Wideband, Boost and Oil Pressure - In ATI Clock Pod

Will Include Compaq Laptop with COBB Accesstuner Race and Accessport Software

Is it the original block (with 224k miles on it) or did you replace it at some point with another OEM one?

Original block and crank, Iíve been into the block, but it was early on in my ownership and canít provide the paperwork.
