18x8.5 +48 running a 235/35 tire. -1.75 front camber, natural (~2) rear camber and rear fenders are rolled. And I'm sitting pretty low with about a finger gap all the way around.

And here's how she sits now. Please ignore my awful photo editing skills, it was a dull picture and I used the editing stuff available on photobucket to try to brighten it up.

Its hard to tell where the tires are in that last pic since they blend with the shadow of the wheel well. I don't have any rubbing since I got my rear fenders rolled. The fronts hit the fender liner on occasion though, but that's from being low, not from the wheel/tire specs.

It looks good. My really problem is trying to find a tire size. I have no idea what to look for.

This is kinda the look I'm going for.

An 18x10 rim with a 265/35/18 tire will give you the beefy look..
These are 18x10.5 with 265/35/18's. A slight stretch

Maybe with sedan fenders or fxt. My wagon fenders are tinny. I'm gonna guess 18x9 w/ 265/35/18?? Would be good?

I know SubK has fit 18x9.5s on his wagon with just a fender roll, but he's running a significant amount of negative camber.

You would need to pull the crap out of them or run a lot of neg camber.. I rubbed pretty bad in the rear on stock springs with 18x8+45 and 235/40
18x8.5 would be perfect with roll front and rear with minimal camber.. 245/255 tires would be cuttin it

Like I said a few posts up I'm on 235/35s with an 18x8.5 +48. If I was at a little more functional height, I probably could fit a 235/40. There isn't a whole lot of room for anything more inboard or outboard right now. To go with a wider tire like a 245/35 or 40 I would need a lower offset (42-45ish) and more negative camber than I already have.
