The PERRIN TMIC is big, but should not have fitment issues. Previously you might have had to reclock the turbo, to make it fit better, but we made a revision to the intercooler a year or two ago so you don't have to!

The PERRIN intercooler is a great working interooler for the 08+ WRX and is the biggest and freeest flowing intercooler that can fit without having to do major modification under the hood.

OP has a 2012 WRX, there is no ETS TMIC for it, so i am not mistaken. and why would someone post a link to an 04-07 when the OP doesnt have that model?

The Perrin looks good and I almost bought one but waited a couple months to save up for a process west after talking with my tuner.

It's expensive but resale is great, gives you more turbo choices, quality is top notch, gets much more air from a new scoop duct, and looks great.

Which turbos will not fit with the Perrin? Doesn't look like enough room there with any aftermarket ICs I've seen.

Thx

ETS is a great company, just wanted to make sure that it was known that they make intercoolers for other years too...

It's not that big of a deal.

I'm not in the market for a turbo or a few more years... Just curious about the post stating the PW offers more options than the Perrin.

Process West offers an optional hot side silicone hose for STi style turbo's if you go that route down the road. It's right on the site if you check out the page for the 08+ wrx.
