Making a new post the old one is cluster ****.

Simple and functional setup:
Outfront closed deck block
1/2 ARP2000 studs torque to 100
+2 mm Saenze "Doms tuff" rods with JE OTS pistons
Ported heads with +1 mm Ferra valves/dual-springs and Kelford 264/260 10.70mm/10.20mm Lift
King bearings
JE Head gaskets

Fullrace 7670 Twin Scroll IWG turbo kit with Turbo Smart WG actuator
Thanks to Geoff @ Fullrace for support on boost issues, turbo smart actuator makes me hold flat boost to red line from 20 - 28 psi

APS FMIC using EFR internal BOV
ID 1300cc Injectors on WB 465 Intank pump Teflon -8 feed and -6 return FuelPRO pump controller
Vipec V10 ECU with Flex fuel sensor

This thing is scary to drive on E85

On 92 Oct i get around 420 whp @ 20 psi

This pulls are done on road that a bit uphill,
E80 @ 23psi

E80 @ 26psi

i don't know if the numbers are real but it pulls hard to redline, i will do more pulls later @ 28 psi that will be max for this fuel system.

any chance the road wasn't straight/level? it's odd how the power/torque jumps up toward the end.

either way, that's a ton of power and torque

AFR goes leaner at the same point, so that is probably linked to the power increase.

Wow, great results!!

I've seen a dyno sheet like that when there is a dip in the (straight) road. Regardless, that's a heck of a graph! Needs more rpm

Updated the road dyno sheets,

At 26 psi my injector duty is almost hitting 100% and WG duty cycle is at 100% as well, also i don't think this turbo has any more juice in it.
I really like the quick turbo response and that it hits 500whp, i will never trade that for more lag.

Today on wet road I span all wheels in 2nd gear, that's crazy.

What's going on Kelly?

Well since I determined my car was pushing coolant in October my mother passed away, my father had his left lower leg amputated, I moved and I recently quit my job. The Subaru was the last thing on my mind but I'm back working on getting it back on the road now. No hurries though.

Very nice. Maybe you should look into the Syvecs ECU.

It is not a downgrade and thr vipec is not even in it class. In some quarters, one could argue even better than motec. Read roger clarke motors reference to his moving away from motec.

The syvecs is a life racing device.
