Default would rota formel or attack fit over the sti brembos?

i heard that they wont fit. but i wonder if they would fit the brembos with spacers on. and how thick of a spacer would i need? i am worried about it rubbing the outer fender on the gc8

Without any spacers, it will not fit GDB Brembos.

I have not really tried putting on spacers so I would not know how thick a spacer is needed. I'll check it and post again.

The next problem is the GC8 will not take anything lower than a 48 offset without some fender modifications

SDR, Tarmac 2, Torque in 17x8 will clear Brembos.

I suggest the SDR and Tarmac 2 since they are 17x7.5 while the torques are 8 inch wide

I guess with some rear fender massaging, you can make it work

In my GC8, I can get away with 17x7.5 offset 48 and 215 tires. This is on an STI RA so it is a little lower than stock

i am planning to use 235 45 17 tires though.
what rims would have an offset where i can use 235 and clear the ver 8 brembos and not rub the gc8?

The rota torques are now available in a 17x 7.5 width with the common 48 offset. I checked with a vendor to see if they cleared the brembos, but they didn't know.
They said i could run a 215 sized tire on a 7.5 inch rim and clear my legacy fenders pretty easy. I think ( but don't really know for sure) if you moved to something like a 52 offset then you wouldn't rub on the fenders, but might on the strut if you're running a wide tire.
