22" is big. I use an 18 for most things. Did six NY strips on it last night. About a dozen chops will fit on the 18 as well. Gas is good for steaks, chops, dogs, burgers or anything that you cook rapidly. Charcoal preferably lump is best for cooking things low temp over time. I rarely use gas though. For steaks I use cheap save a lot briquettes. Reason I go for cheap is that to do a steak right you need a ton of heat . That means a lot of charcoal. Seeing as to how the whole thing is over in about twelve minutes I use the cheap stuff. Kingsford blue bag is the most popular but it is not really that good.Burns fast with a lot of ash. Kingsford competition grade or lump is what you want for smoking. Both can be hard to find. I use all kinds of stuff I buy on the net . That's just to fire the wood which is a whole different subject. Hickory and mesquite are just the beginning. |

Sams club has flats but no point. Market District Giant Eagles have the whole packer now but they only put out like one a day. I got a nice one at the Fredericktown butcher shop. They need a day or so notice.

Big truck was going opposite way on road. I guess a big rock came from it. Scared the crap out of me. It chipped the paint up from it as well. What angers me the most is my last wrx had a cracked windshield and i got it fixed the day before i traded it in. My deductible is $250 so I will have spent $500 in a month on broken windshields

Hello, Some lady pulled out in front of my legacy last week and totaled it so I purchased a Forester at an auction a couple days ago. The car is in imaculate condition and acording to carfax is a one onwner. I have some service records such as timing belt done rite at 100k and oil changes and stuff. The car was purchased, serviced and then traded back into Baierl Subaru. Do any of you guys work there or have you delt with them? Nice place, good work? I only ask because im considering calling them and asking for complete service records.
And I never posted my Legacy so here it is, RIP Uploaded with ImageShack.us -Thanks |

Nice legacy though I am not a fan of the lift but to each his own. I am sure it is perfect for what you used the car for.
Sticker should say nasioc Only three days of being a subie owner left. I shall return. I will continue to post here and will be at the meet next week to admire what I no longer have. |
