Default My Music Sucks... (Recommend Rock music for Workouts)

I know there are lots of threads like this, but I did want to clarify. I need rock. Solid rock music. I'm running out of things to listen to at the gym and when i go run.

I'm not really into the Death Cab/emo music on the radio, I'm more like rage, chevelle, and metal friendly. So please OT, reccomend me some rock that you think is essential for workouts.

Senses Fail is one of my favorite bands to load up when I'm lifting. Silverstein, Soasin, Bullet for my Valentine are also some favorites.

you shouldn't limit it to just rock then... I can find you a couple of things that help me push through my workouts... I know exactly the feeling you're looking for.

for example:

for weight lifting or working on elliptical machines:
50 cent in da club

just working to the beat keeps you in rhythm and helps you ignore the fatigue

That was the post I was waiting for. Dethklock and Living Sacrifice. Not enough people know about Living Sacrifice.

I'm sure you're familiar with Sepultura- Roots, that's very Hammering Process.

Any Lamb of God. Soilwork, Meshuggah, Opeth, Killswitch Engage. I'll think of more.

andrew W.K. - party hard
prodigy - firestarter
prodigy - breathe
